Synopsis
Avec Al Capone hors jeu, la place est libre pour tirer profit de la prohibition à Chicago. Êtes-vous assez impitoyable et rusé pour le gagner par tous les moyens ? Chaque action que vous entreprenez a des conséquences complexes à long terme qui ne sont pas toujours évidentes sur le moment. Vous devez garder votre peuple à vos côtés, surveiller ce que vous dites et faites, sachant qu'un renversement peut survenir à tout moment. Prenez également soin de votre femme ! Il faut jongler avec l'argent de cette manière, sans oublier de trouver un "accord" avec le maire pour éviter toute attention négative.
