Synopsis

Football Director II is the successor to Football Director and expands on the gameplay of its predecessor. You take control of managing a football team in England, with the option to start in the top league, or for more of a challenge, begin with a smaller team in the fourth division and work your way up to international competitions. The management starts with handling the staff: you can hire or fire coaches, physiotherapists, and scouts. Players can be traded if good offers are available on the market. Expanding the stands increases finances, as does negotiating contracts. You receive statistics on team performance and can build a youth team, as well as set additional training for players if the team is performing poorly. The matches are not playable; you only see information on goals and cards, and after the game, you receive details to make adjustments.
